    Those shoes are gross.

    • http://twitter.com/pointlesswords jayme

       My thoughts exactly.

    • DTLAFamilies

      Burn them with fire.

      • RzYoung

you’d probably have to settle for melting them with fire

Don’t like the hair, but the dress is really cute.

  • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

The dress seems rather “office-y” though it IS cute. And I seriously hate these shoes.

    • http://twitter.com/ms_smartiepants Beth Mellone

Haha, I see what you did there.

      • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

Heh, you know what, I didn’t even do that on purpose. I’ve never seen The Office (I know, I know), and I didn’t know she was on it!

  • teensmom99

The dress is too long & doesn’t do much for her. No need to comment on the shoes.  She is so beautiful that each time I open a posting on her I want it to be great, but alas not there yet.

  • TieDye64

This would be really cute on her if it was shorter, but the hair and shoes are definitely no bueno.

  • Imasewsure

Hate those shoes with a burning passion. Adore her but her shoes, hair, hemline… no

  • nannypoo

    She’s very consistent. Everything’s bad.

  • LesYeuxHiboux

It’s a cool dress, but those stripes just aren’t hitting her in the right spots. I fell like if it were taken up an inch at the shoulder she’d have a winner.

Those shoes are still awful. Something the stripper for a bachelor party would wear.

  • MilaXX

cute dress and as always hate the plastic loubies

  • crash1212

What is it with the plastic and Louboutin? Just SO gross. Cute dress, liked it better shorter over the knee takes it to matronly. I like the hair and make-up.

  • Trisha26

Hair and makeup are okay – she looks very cute. The dress should be 6 inches shorter and those shoes need to be burned before anyone else wears them.

  • holdmewhileimnaked

she looks way way nicer than the last person who wore those shoes.

  • http://twitter.com/Alloyjane Alloy Jane

Hate the shoes, hate the hair, dress is too long.

  • Rand Ortega

I was hoping Miss Rashida would keep a little of her super hottie going after her spread in Flaunt, but, alas, it’s back to Frumpytown.
Burn those damn shoes in every color.

    • NC_Meg

She is smoking in those pictures and looks so pretty on Parks and Rec. And it’s not like she’s sexed up on P&R, she wears normal clothes and normal hair and looks great yet she has such a hard time looking good in real life. I love her but I don’t understand her.

      • Rand Ortega

This. In a nutshell. Maybe she’s downplaying the glam to make sure everyone knows she’s not some starlet that made it from nepotism (Dad’s the most famous music producer ever, Mom’s an actress/60′s fashion icon) but a serious actress.

  • mhleta

It’s the shoes. They need to go with a flirty dress. This dress needs something more substantial. Otherwise, fine.

  • http://twitter.com/MandySCG MandyJane

Love the dress, hate the shoes.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_2P2ANLRZ6YAVGONA36I2AQJYGI VicD

Love the girl, love the dress, love the girl in the dress….. HATE those shoes.

    • http://www.ellenciompi.com/ NurseEllen

Perfectly said, my sentiments exactly.  I also hate the shoes the model is wearing, though I LOVE the fishnet stockings.  Are black pumps a lost art form?

      • you’renotmysupervisor!!

It seems like black pumps that aren’t clod-hopper platforms are, yes. They still exist though!!  Just no one wants to wear them for some silly reason.

  • Scimommy

I has a sad looking at her. She is so beautiful but she just doesn’t care about dressing for the cameras. Or at least I assume that’s the explanation.

  • quiltrx

    Cute dress, and flattering.

Can we have a bonfire and melt those plastic shoes?  I have a feeling they’re going to be in a lot of ladies’ Pile of Regret in the corner of the closet in a few years.

  • schadenfreudelicious

dress is cute though the length is a bit awkward for her, can we set a match to those shoes and melt them back to a plastic lump??

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_64HSRZWCSJ5RBFGCWDLFQOICYM G

I don’t think the dress does her figure any favors.

  • julesj

What is with her bangs? They are arranged in clumps. Looks weird. And I don’t get what is going on with the rest of her hair; two different lengths.

  • ThaliaMenninger

There is definitely something wrong with her hair. Like the curl fell out of half of it. The dress is ok, but only ok, and the shoes are hideous.

  • Neverbuynewclothes

That dress is by a recognized international designer?  Looks like Macy’s Misses to me.  Except for the shoes, it’s as worn by Executive Assistant to the Second Vice President for Human Resources.

  • Jessica O’Connell

Hate the shoes. Love the dress.

  • bookish

Love the dress, hate the shoes. That looks like something I could wear to work on an important day, which I totally don’t mean as a snark.

  • Jennifer Coleman

It’s a cute dress, if all very Big Presentation Day at the Office, until you get to the shoes. I have to say that this clear plastic with geegaws pasted on trend is really stressful for me.

  • PaulaBerman

She seems like a nice girl, but incurably frumpy. She ALWAYS looks frumpy, on Parks & Rec, in movies, in real life. Why is that?  You would think, as a daughter of the very cool Quincy Jones, she would have at least some coolness to her. But nope.

  • l_c_ann

Alabama fans would snap the dress up, if only it were houndstooth.

The frayed hem would be itchy, almost as itchy as her fluffy asymmetric hair do.  Lopsided doesn’t flatter many of us.

She keeps selling herself short. she’s a gorgeous woman!! needs to learn how to accentuate her tiny body

  • Lisa Kramp

    Great dress, stupid shoes.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1208138556 Sara Munoz Munoz

PLEASE pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease don’t let those shoes catch on any more than they already have. We finally seem to have gotten rid of the other horrible plastic Louboutins.

  • afabulous50

Are you kidding me with those shoes??

  • kimmeister

That is a great dress, but not for a premiere.

  • aristida_girl

the shoes and too-long skirt killed an otherwise chic look..

  • you’renotmysupervisor!!

Cute overall!  I don’t hate the shoes, but I do wish the plastic wasn’t quite so shiny.  Thank god they’re not platforms.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Jessica-TallGirl-Freeman/1043623567 Jessica TallGirl Freeman

It’s an office dress, which I love, but not for a movie premier.

  • http://twitter.com/flo_whytingale Florence Whytingale

Think she’d getting mmuch better at this. This is a cute look for her.

I think she’s a little too petite for the dress. I’d like to see it on Kidman or Garner.

    Such a gorgeous critter though.
