      Exactly!   As soon as I read your comment, I thought mullet dress, but I realize that’s not right.  However it is very much in keeping with the original spirit of the mullet.  It embraces the yin/yang, the inherent contradictions of the mullet.   All business on the bottom and open for business on the top.

    this is an unbelievably awful dressed. rarely do i groan upon seeing a dress (especially the ones usually worn by olivia!!!) but oh my DEAR GOD, as soon as i saw her squished down, netted boobs i was horrified. the shininess doesn’t help. oliviaaaaaa. i am devastated.

    This look seems to be aimed squarely at the drooling testosterone wielding contingent of her fan base. Not successful as an outfit, but her boobs are on display, so many won’t notice the dress really doesn’t work at all. Seems at least consistent with her personality.
