Hmmm. I don’t like it. I think it needs a belt, or at least that sash in the first shot of the runway. Face is beautiful because she is Michelle Pfeiffer, but everything else leaves me cold.

  • gabbilevy

    Not her best.

  • HomeOfficeGirl

Pretty great – would like to have seen the belt or sash from the first model shot, but overall Michelle looks beautiful.

    Yawn.

  • Kyle Crawford

The parts are better than the whole – she is a stunningly beautiful woman – and it is a very nice dress – but she is too hot to go that close to ” Brooke Astor-esque”…..

  • teensmom99

She looks amazing–but accessories are strangely absent.

  • quiltrx

I LOVE the skirt portion.  The top needs something…too plain.  Either a belt, or something at the neckline.  But of course, she looks lovely, as always.

  • DaringMiss

If she and Diana Agron swapped dresses, they would both be perfectly dressed

Yikes!  Looks hurried & unfinished.  She’d have done much better keeping look #2 instead of mixing/matching which ended up looking horribly drab.

  • NC_Meg

I wanted for this to be cocktail or tea length so bad but I kept scrolling and the dress kept going. It looks so heavy. She is gorgeous but the dress isn’t working for me.

She matched her nails to her dress?! Honey, you know better.

On my screen, her dress looks black and her nails look navy blue.  It’s a very chic combination Europeans favor, but it never seems too prevalent in the States.

That makes more sense. I actually love black and navy together, when done well.

  • marilyn

This dress does nothing for her.  Michelle P. is a gorgeous woman and this dress overwhems her.  She is too fair for this voluminous dark fabric.  Two Dior duds in a row.  Wow.  Perhaps that design house is not so great after all.

Hate the volume on the bottom. Might have worked if it was a shorter hem so you could see her feet.

Looks like the neckline was altered and now, without the sash, the bodice looks boring. Keeping it tea length would have been chic.

  • MilaXX

Pretty. Love everything about this look

Hoping for so much more from her.  This is just drab and so very unmemorable.  Plus it looks poorly fitted to her—she probably weighs all of 110 pounds and somehow her middle looks thick??  At the very least, a belt or some kind of cinching is needed at the waist.  But it is nice to see her out and having her photo taken again.  Such a good actress!

I just dunno.  I hate to ding her, because I love her, but this just seems so dull on her.  It needs more, and it doesn’t look like it fits her properly.

  • guest2visits

Up close, it looks like a stylist should have done a better finish for her eye make-up and attend the coloring for her hair.
She’s pretty and petite; this almost looks like too much dress for her.

  • SophieCollier

Kind of frumpy, isn’t it?  And the seams are… lumpy.  Frumpy and lumpy is not the look you want to go with.

  • aristida_girl

    weirdly unflattering…

  • bellafigura1

Her hair and make-up are perfect.

  • AuntieAnonny

From the chest up, she looks great. Shame she went with this dress, she has the body of a 20-year-old.

  • ZnSD

wait…is this fitted? or does Michelle have….middle age spread going on? but her arms are so thin! ok, I’m baffled. If that dress isn’t tight, it SHOULD be. Also: the length on the original was WAY better. Everyone knows: as you get older, if you can show leg, you SHOW LEG. C’mon girl! you’re like, one of the most gorgeous fucking beings in the known universe! Get it together! Hire new gays! I’m available! I’ll even bring spanks and hose!

  • RzYoung

I love her, she will always look perfect!

  • WERQitspice

ma belle michelle…truly beautiful but she looks dumpy! i know there is a great body under there.

  • famousamy

    Mother of the Bride. No.

  • Tatiana Luján

There is something very scary about her eye – makeup

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_VZLU6YVO4BRTELTTH3GRAAMWZQ Dot

If a dress makes a woman as petite as Michelle Pfieffer look thick-waisted, you know it’s a shite dress. Horrid.

  • ojosazules

That dress is so wrong. Her hair looks good.

  • AlexisPayne

She’s gorgeous but this all reads a little harsh

  • BrooklynBomber

If I know that heavy eyeliner all the way around does not flatter une femme d’un certain âge, why don’t Michelle Pfeiffer, Sarah Jessica Parker, and their make up gurus  know it?

  • EEKstl

She is so gorgeous and her hair looks great but she should have gone with the cocktail length version and gone down a size.

  • TSkot

    Needed the belt

  • julesj

The bodice looks a little big; needed to go down a size with belt or sash. She looks thick-waisted in this. Hair and make-up is gorge. She is beautiful.

  • littlemac8

IMHO Michelle could ditch the too dark eyeliner in favor of something softer.  Like Sarah Jessica as one ages black ringed eyes do not flatter!

  • Michael Owens

    She’s exquisite.
