       It’s the shoes that are totally throwing me here.  They just aren’t … right.

        And they’re too big! Proper fit really ought to be the entry-ticket, especially for shoes! As in, I’ll take the wrong shoe in the right size over the right shoe that shows all that extra space, especially since it doesn’t merely look bad: it feels palpably uncomfortable, too, just to see it. I cannot imagine standing around an important event even for ten minutes in shoes a size or two too big, let alone walking in them or being photographed!

       Totally agreed. This is one instance where black tights actually improved a look.

    I don’t know who she is, and I don’t know that I would buy this dress, but I think it fits her well and she is rocking it!  Like the simple styling for the busy dress, and LOVE the pumps!

    Those are custom pumps and they’re still too big. Or is the name of the style Custom? Either way, shoes are too big.

    That’s a pretty awesome dress.  I’m not positive it’s her dress, but it’s pretty great.  And I like the shoes, if they fit.

    “Scuba stretch” – does that mean it is neoprene? I cannot get behind a neoprene cocktail dress.

    It looks a bit like a craft project, there are just too many of the gold dotted lines everywhere and it doesn’t seem to be well thought out placement.  Also, the shoes are a bit much sparkle with all the gold on top.

    She looks great.  This is a very difficult dress to wear.  She has the right body shape and it looks stunning.  I don’t care about the shoes.  At least they don’t fight the dress.  She was sensible enough to not wear a necklace or other jewelry that would take away from the dress.

    I don’t like the dress. It makes the illusion that the girls are doooown here. I guess it has its appeal, because i see it a lot.
