The little girl in demon makeup photobombing picture #4 is my new hero.

    • TheOriginalLulu

      X
      Luv huh

    • pattyw

That’s actually one of Leslie’s daughters. No idea why she attended as a demon.

    • http://kingderella.tumblr.com/ kingderella

its a cute dress, the colour is fabulous and the shape OMG ADORABLE DEMON CHILD!!!

  • http://twitter.com/arodenha Alli

Super cute – love that color on her. But isn’t this kind of a young look? I’m not saying she should be in a muumuu, but it looks like she went shopping in Taylor Swift’s closet.

    • Cat_In_A_Hat

I was thinking the same thing. On the one hand we’ve got these baby Disney princesses putting on dresses that are far too mature for them, and on the other we’ve got this lady in a dress and hair that would probably look better on a Disney princess.

  • http://twitter.com/vicesbyproxy Shannon

Gorgeous dress in a gorgeous color. Her make-up is really harsh, espcially for day time. She has such amazing skin, I personally think she looks great with a less-is-more approach to make-up. Also, nude shoes. Ugh…But that was obvious. It’s summer! Put on some sparkly sandals.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Julie-Chase/731391326 Julie Chase

Does the dress come equipped with Super-Glue infused pockets? TAKE YOUR HANDS OUT MANN, it’s giving you a polter-bump and you weigh all of 90 lbs!

    Great color though.

  • Imasewsure

Damn… when did Leslie Mann die? This is a corpse, right? Shame to bury her is such a cute, comfy dress but WTF, she would have wanted it that way….

    • http://twitter.com/janedonuts Jane Donuts

She’s been replaced with a plastic blowup doll.

  • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

I **LOVE** this dress! I’m not thrilled with the hair, and the makeup looks a little too heavily applied, but overall, I give it a thumbs-up.

(And we’ll not speak of the shoes.)

  • http://twitter.com/Kathy_Marlow Kathy Marlow

The dress would be better if it didn’t torture her boobs so.  I like the color on her.  Her hair is good, but the makeup looks like Norma Desmond for some reason to me.

  • lilibetp

I’m absolutely fed up with women wearing all their hair in the front of their shoulders.  It’s always irritated me, but apparently I’ve hit middle aged fuddy-duddiness.  Put your hair behind your shoulders, Leslie, so we can see your dress.

And is all that makeup leftover from last night?  Because that’s some serious makeup for a summer day.

And she must be full-on chips, because I just can’t think of any other reason for her hands to be jammed in her pockets like that.

    • Amy Ellinger

Lilbet, I’m 30, and I’m right there with you on the hair. not fuddy-duddy at all, my dear.

I want to scream when I see a cocker spaniel on the carpet.  If you have hair long enough to hang over your shoulders, you have hair long enough to freakin’ do something interesting with it!!  I adore my super long hair, and part of the FUN of it is all the things you can do!!  Also, long hair in summer gets sweaty- put it up!!

  • schadenfreudelicious

that’s some trowel face makeup she’s got going there….

  • http://twitter.com/MajorBedhead MajorBedhead

It’s a very cute dress. Maybe a little young for her, but that harsh makeup is aging her face.

I don’t know how these celebs with long hair can stand to have it down and in front of their shoulders all the time. My hair is about that length and it drives me crazy when I wear it down, especially if it’s warm out. It’s like being choked by a warm, hairy snake.

    • littlemac8

That hair!  Do you think after celebs spend all that money on extensions they want to show off their long flowing locks?  It looks ridiculous.  And the makeup is
scary, scarier by far than her demon daughter in the background.  I love that dress and at my advanced age I would consider wearing it.  The dress is a reasonable length, a beautiful silhouette, and a yummy color.

    • http://aldonsusi.blogspot.com/ Susi R

warm hairy snake…perfect way to describe it. lol

  • Sara LaBatt

I like this dress, though I wonder why she flipped the belt over from the runway version.  I wonder if the sides coming down like she is wearing it is causing the front of the dress to pooch out like it is.  The color is lovely, but the shoes are making me sad sad sad.

    Face paint girl is awesome!

    • tereliz

Love this dress, but it’s not without its problems. I’m thinking that since her torso is shorter than the model’s, the belt turned the right way would have looked too much like an under-bust corset on her than a wide belt. The bodice is also little tight on top, giving her slight pancake-boob. It’s a great color on her, though.

  • TheOriginalLulu

The dress is so pretty, but she’s posing hilariously hard here with the pockets and the shoulders and the hips thrust way forward.
Take it easy girl, you’re going to end up throwing your back out.

    • kimmeister

That’s what I thought too, that all that pelvic thrusting is going to be murder on her lower back!

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Ginny-Ellsworth/534496198 Ginny Ellsworth

Luscious color but is the belt upside down? I think an updo with her hair would have been much sleeker and showed off her beautiful skin. She is a really pretty woman so why is her make up so “glowy”?

And I agree about the photobombing demon!

  • Fordzo

Just because a dress has pockets, it doesn’t mean you have to jam your hands into them all the time!!  This is becoming my newest pet peeve.

  • Isana Leshchinskaya

like the makeup and dress. needs age-appropriate hair and non-awful shoes.

  • Vlasta Bubinka

Me cornfused! The hair and dress say 22, the face says 45….

    • formerlyAnon

And she’s only 40 or 41, if the Internet tells truth.

  • ThaliaMenninger

There is something wrong with the way that dress was pressed or steamed. It looks weirdly shaped over her middle, in a way the runway version totally doesn’t.

  • jilly_d

love this dress on her.  would’ve been a knockout with a top knot or some other ‘do that isn’t totally inappropriate for a hot day.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/AN3ZT7CWULTCLCSZGTD6PGMVAA Karen

The dress is super cute, but the color in the photos is so wonky and uneven (that’s mall lighting for ya) that I can’t tell whether it’s a good color for her.  I prefer the shoes the model is wearing and the way the model is wearing the belt, but overall this is a cute look for Leslie.

  • nannypoo

I love this dress. The color, the cut, everything is just so pretty. Her hair, on the other hand, is a mess and I hate those shoes. That odd green-faced person behind her is not so well dressed, but she makes me smile.

  • http://twitter.com/nonchalantanna Anna

Pretty dress, slightly off lip color, boring shoes, but passable. She looks pretty cute, though its nothing to write home about.

  • MilaXX

I think the little girl with the Frankenstein makeup is more interesting. She looks okay, but a bit dull.

  • formerlyAnon

Love the dress. Shoes are under-achieving.

But somehow the makeup & hair together give me a distinct whiff of “mutton dressed as lamb.”

  • Sara__B

Way to ruin a great dress! The styling is awful from hair and makeup to shoes, and her hands-in-pockets hips-thrust-forward posing ruins the silhouette of the dress.

  • marilyn

Bad shoes.  The top is too tight, and her boobage is begging for mercy.

  • DaringMiss

TLo Gender Neutral Red Carpet Rule:  No hands in pockets!

  • elirt

Super cute, albeit a bit bridesmaid-y. Lovely color – very summertime appropriate. Love the hair and make-up too. Very flattering.

  • http://twitter.com/urban_gypsy Tess Danesi

The dress is super cute and a fantastic color. I wish it was hanging in my closet, I’d wear the hell out of it. But is there some sudden shortage of pretty strappy sandals that would look way more August appropriate than the bland ass nude pump? How much cuter would this be with a pair of sandals?

I think there’s something about her face that looks very taut and strained. The bobby pin holding her hair back is fine for the gym but not for a premiere where you know you’re going to be photographed. The dress is way in, everything else is out.

  • allisankelly

Attention Lady-stars on the red carpet:  Please get your hair off your shoulders. It is annoying.

Cute dress and look, despite silly putty pumps and boob hair-curtains be damned.

  • frannyprof

    She looks like a bridesmaid.

  • VicksieDo

I like it, but how about a purple shoe maybe?

  • MissAnnieRN

What a cute and stylish bridesmaid dress!  I would TOTALLY wear that again!  Oh, wait…

  • guest2visits

Very pretty and very appropriate for the premiere.

  • belfebe

Other than the silly putty shoes, she’s killing it.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1241487378 Lauren Lynch Fox

    She looks pretty!

  • http://twitter.com/#!/Space_Kitty Space Kitty

That photobomb is hilarious.  I want to like this but it’s all too bridesmaid.  Which is a shame, because she looks great.

  • l_c_ann

Why is she wearing the belt upside down?

    • siriuslover

I didn’t even notice that until you pointed it out. It’s kind of weird, isn’t it?

    • alyce1213

Good catch. I actually like it, maybe more interesting, less expected.

  • turtleemily

Everything between the neck and ankles looks great. Too much makeup for the dress and the hair coloring is weird.

  • http://twitter.com/dixielou8 Ashley

    Cute! Boring shoes.

  • miagain

she looks fabulous… what a pretty dress!

  • alyce1213

I just love this dress on her.  It’s the on-trend silhouette, but isn’t in any way twee, too youthful, frilly or foolish — and it’s a perfect length, not the length for a 4-year-old.
Her shoes seem to be getting a lot of negative crit, but I think they’re fine — the color’s not really putty, it’s neutral beige (less fleshy than putty), in a very classic, elegant style.

  • Trisha26

The dress is cute, but the shoes are blah (cute shoes on the model!!!). What’s with all the hair over both shoulders – does anyone buy that at all?

  • unbornfawn

A cute dress that deserved better shoes.

  • jmorino08

Girl, that is not your dress. Also, watch out for zombies…

  • http://www.ellenciompi.com/ NurseEllen

For a minute I thought this was a photo of Evan Rachel Wood.  (Who would look better in this dress than Leslie Mann does.)

  • http://blue-again.myopenid.com/ blue

Gorgeous dress. Looks great on her.
