    She’s so adorable but that dress is terrible. The front curves up too high and the back is just wrong.  Also, is the background supposed to look like public bathroom tile because it’s pretty gross.

    It fits her very well up top, but the skirt needed some attention to fit her well.  Its sagging, which it shouldn’t oughta be doin’.

    I don’t care if your dress has pockets, stop putting your hands in them.  The same sort of rules that apply to men putting their hands in their pockets on the RC has to apply to the ladies too.  I know you want to pose in a cutesy “LOL look, I have pockets in my fancy dress!”, but it just doesn’t work.  No no no. 

    I feel kind of bad posting this because my niece just went to her junior prom with a dress with pockets. And since I wouldn’t ever deliver this rant to her, you are the lucky recipients instead.  Having said that, I hope she doesn’t find this.  If she does, I owe her a free pedicure or something else apologetic.

    OMG, NOES! First, Mila, why did you wear this at all? You look nothing like yourself AND you look like a C-lister who’s never been to the Oscars. You are more awesome than this. Second, what on earth is Lanvin DOING lately?? They used to be reliable for classy and interesting-looking dresses, but everything I’ve seen of theirs lately has been TERRIBLE. What’s the story there?

    I liked it until she turned.  Who thought that was a good idea?  Wasn’t there a 3-way mirror in the dressing room?

    The back is weird but this would have been much better for the MTV music awards than the shapeless weird thing she wore. At least this shoes that she has a waist.

    From the front, it looks fine.  From the side, however, it looks odd.  It looks like it has a skirt/peplum which was cut off too short.

    This looks like it should be cute on her, but there is something wrong with the lower front…either the fabric, construction, or both.  I like the idea of the bustle. Otherwise, she looks adorbs, per usual.

    Really like those shoes. There is a decent idea behind this dress, but a bustle wasn’t called for at all. She’s so pretty, though.

    First picture was a stunner, but from the other angles it starts to deteriorate. The idea of the dress is cute, but the construction just doesn’t live up.

    The shoes are cool but that’s it.  The dress looks literally cheap-$ and tacky. 
    I’m probably a minority, but I think most of the time Mila doesn’t dress herself very well.

    Cute dress, if a bit wrinkly & bumpily (poor construction? ironing?), till you notice first the asymmetric hem and then the whole bustle-like detail. Smacks that look RIGHT back into the also-rans.

    Awkward bustle effect, which pairs TERRIBLY with the molded hips in front. But from the front, everything seems copacetic (though a belt would be welcome).

    I was about to give this a “meh” until I scrolled down to the last pic. WTH? That skirt’s giving her poofy and droopy butt all at once. Didn’t know that look was even possible. It’s like a sagging bustle.
