        I was about to say, the styling is the worst. She’s been that blond for a while but I didn’t think it aged her until recently when she started styling it so weird.

    Wow… how many shades can your skin be??  Something is just off.  The dress is… ok, but the embellishment on the side make her torso and chest look lopsided.

    She’s long resembled SOMEONE for me, but I couldn’t remember who- now I know. She looks like Clare Kramer, the most Fabulous and Effervescent Glorificus from Buffy.

    What happened to her face? Maybe her makeup is just bad but she looks rather chipmunk-like. Also, can we talk about ankle wrapping shoes? They make one’s legs look shorter than they are, case in point.

    The dress is lovely, her body looks great, shoes are cute, but her hair. Oh, her hair.  She needs to move away from that color and style.  It needs to be softer and she’s really pretty as a brunette.

    Hair and make up are so distracting, I can barely make myself look at the dress. It is a pretty dress and looks good on her. I can see why it is a Whiteboard rather than a full post, though.

    Ooph! That is one bad dye job, and I’m assuming her poor use of bronzer is what’s making her skin look multicolored. And dirty. Honey, if you did this on your own you need a stylist. STAT. If you have a stylist and this is what he/she did to you, then you’re on his/her hate list.

    The dress is ok, maybe a bit heavy, especially for this time of year. She could have easily picked something more youthful or playful,
    including a younger hair style. She’s very pretty as always; but it looks like she’s had way too much sun recently.
    But thats usually what happens when your having a good time !

    Hot mess. The tan line, hair line, hair color, Jolie leg, lip color… in fact, everything that isn’t the dress, shoes or clutch is awful. (I like that shoe choice though; it really holds up to the gown, which lays beautifully on her.)

    You know the photographer probably jokingly asked her to “pull a Jolie”, because of that high slit…she happily obliged.  lol & smh.

    dress is ok, shoes are ugly though and too matchy matchy with the metallic trim on the dress.  She looks like she’s a wee bit sun burned….quite pink.

    if ever there was a gorgeous woman who needed a stylist, it’s her. she strikes me as someone who is most comfortable in jeans and a  big comfy sweater, with her hair in a pony tail, so why WOULDN’T you hire someone to help you find something glamorous that you feel good in?

    I like the dress. I’m mildly amused by the “yes, I have a tan and I don’t care if you can see my lines” attitude. BUT. WTF is up with that hair?? First, the style is incredibly aging. Second, She has like two different colors. I mean, her roots grew out, but they’re a weird color. And finally, that lipstick has to go.

    I guess what I mean to say is that she looks great from the neck down.

    Oh do attendees have to appear looking like what Shirley Mclaine looks like now? Is she auditioning for today’s version of the Golden Girls?
    This bad dressing choice aside, I have to vent about this Katherine Heigl. Sometime ago, I was in the same cafe/restaurant as she was. I only noticed her because she was blowing smoke all over the cafe. This is a cafe in California where smoking inside is not permitted. It was daytime. There were a variety of cafe-goers, a handful of family. Two women went up to management, after they have already moved tables, to politely ask this Katherine if she could not smoke inside because their children were being affected. The children’s coughing were audible.
    Bitch smoked away, with her sunglasses on.

    The dress is lovely and flattering, but the slit is so high it’s borderline draggy, and the hair is awful.  This looks like she put in a load of hairspray and fell asleep on the sofa.

    There is something so unflattering about that hairstyle for her, and its compounded by a make-up job that isn’t very well done.  Then, the shoes are making her legs look thick and that pose in the last photo is not doing her physique any favours. 

    Maybe she’s not really photogenic.

    Agh this dress, with the thin fabric and the shiny trim. And I say this every time: There are some women who can make the plainest off the rack dresses look like couture. There are a few women who have the opposite touch; everything they wear looks like it came from a Wal-Mart clearance rack. Heigl is one of the latter. She has such a nice figure, though; it doesn’t have to be this way. Heigl, Y U NO HIRE GOOD STYLIST??!?

    I’m not convinced about the dress. On the model that bit of draping across the front looks quite sculptural and interesting, but on Katherine it looks more like drag lines, or the sort of detail on a dress for a woman-of-a-certain-age designed to disguise a bit of tummy. Hate the hair, makeup and shoes, but at least she didn’t succumb to the temptation of wearing snake-themed jewellery.

    as for the abovenoted, from someone who doesnt care about the abovenoted? finger stuck in light socket plus shiny bread head [head shaped like a loaf of bread, needs powder] paired w/ a compulsion to mimic angelina jolie’s posture=ruined dress & shoes.

    For some reason I feel like this dress intensely copies those Versace Atelier dresses that were all over the red carpet a month or two back. I dunno about the timeline, and of course everything is up for grabs under current fashion laws, but this feels like a retread in a less interesting fashion.
