       I agree.  That look is pretty great.  But the hair is ridiculous.  I might not mind the rocker makeup so much if her hair wasn’t so crazy.

    Seriously, I love the jacket, the shoes are hideous, the rest is a big ol’ WHY? Why is she standing like that? Why black jeans and a black tee with a yellow jacket to the Little Black Jacket event? Why?

    Poor women of Mad Men. They look perfect on the show and then try to go for a more contemporary look when they’re out and about.  It doesn’t do them any favors.  Her sleek 60s hair is so flattering and this hair  .. .  is not.  Same re jeans and sandals–makes me miss her capris and bare feet.

    Her face looks rather frightening. Not even sure why, as normally I think she is gorgeous. The outfit is kind of weird too– pants are too tight, and her posture is strange. This is just a bizarre picture.

    It seems the poor thing was thrust into the spotlight before she was property tutored and ready. Also, did they grab a child’s sized jacket and put it on her? It looks much too small.

    BLECCH! makeup is too harsh for that jacket. I like the jeans with a dressy jacket look when done right, but this mash up isn’t working. That Chanel jacket imply does not go with the clothes or the makeup. It”s making someone we”re used to looking fabulous look awful.

    The outfit is cute, but the hair and makeup are atrocious.  Her face looks sallow and sunken in, her eyes look like the morning after she slept in her mascara, and the hair looks like a bad weave or wig.

    Disclosure: She’s one of those celebrities who I irrationally hate. I don’t know what it is, but I really can’t stand her. I’ll give credit where it’s due – the outfit is cute (not Earth-shattering), but from the neck up she looks terrible here.

    Her light eyebrows look scary with the messy hair and overdone eyeliner, but the outfit is very chic. love the shoes.

    I think she looks really cool. Maybe its a halo effect from her MM character, but I love this look. The jacket is a bit too small and I bet she can’t close it but its still interesting.

    The jacket does not go with anything else she’s wearing.  The rest of the outfit meshes well.  Her expression (well, lack of) would ruin any look, though.

    This look is a miss. A close thing, but a miss. 

    My go-to look for 30+ years has been as fabulous a jacket as I can find over some sort of pants & top.  So I feel qualified, if not sufficiently articulate, to pontificate. It’s a fabulous jacket, all right. But the jacket is too distant in ‘feel’ from the pants & top. 

    Love the jacket, though.

    I actually love the jacket, but that soft yellow is a bit too cutesy for the rest of the look, which is dark and kind of edgy. The makeup is way too severe and the hair just looks unfinished.

    The ladies who lunch jacket is a little incongruous with the rest of the outfit, but clearly the biggest misstep here wasn’t what she put on her body so much as what she slathered onto her face and hair.  That’s some ROUGH looking make up and the hair color, well, it’s hard to judge fairly in it’s current state, but I’m guessing something warmer would sit better against her skin tone.

    What I don’t understand about her is, why doesn’t she get some orthodontic help?  Those buck teeth are not attractive.  She looks great with her mouth closed, but as soon as she opens it….

      …because braces are a pain in the ass and ugly.
      …because invisalign is a pain in the ass and even more restrictive than braces.
      …because wearing a retainer at night for the rest of her life after she’s done with either is a pain in the ass.

    She’s not wearing a little black jacket to the Little Black jacket event.  Her jacket is yellow and everything else she is wearing is black.  Was she trying to be ironic?  Okay.  Now to her look:  This is too much black for her, since her hair is another mass of black.  She needs other colors to contrast with her gorgeous hair.  This looks is a big meh……

    Why does she look like that?! Is she wearing those freak-ass colored contacts, or is that just Satan’s make-up job? The outfit…idk, I’d have taken the cardigan off, at which point it would’ve been a fairly basic, safe, mall-ish outfit, but good jesus god I can’t stop FEELING HER EYES SEAR MY SOUL.
