        Yeah, it’s not just –oh, these are cute in a different way!  It’s — “I went into my closet blind and just picked out the first thing i laid hands on.”  They are just so wrong.  Total scrolldown fug.  The rest of her looks adorable.

    Not awful, but that dress needs a belt or something to break it up. Also not loving the shoes with the dress.

    Totes adorbs between neck and knees, but given her age and persona I feel like it needs a fierce shoe (not mall-crawler teenage platforms).  Hair is not exactly bad, but could be more polished. I feel like she needs some sort of clutch or bag.

    I think this looks great on her, not liking the collar so much; it conflicts with color of the shoes.
    She could have chosen a different shoe, or modified the dress (I would have the collar in red, to match the dress, or none at all).
    Simple, fun, summer.

    Love the dress, but to my eyes those shoes are horribly wrong for that dress.

    Also, her hair is too yellow and it is aging her. I can’t understand why these women with so much money and access to the very best hair people can’t seem to maintain a flattering shade of blonde. The wrong shade for your skin tone can be horribly unflattering on even the prettiest of girls.

    The dress is fine, and the shoes are fine, but not together.  She either needs to match them or make them contrast.  The shoes are a raspberry color and the dress is dark red.  Just close enough to get the fingernails-scratching-chalkboard reaction from those looking at her.  Too bad. 

    I realize she has been on a publicity tour, so she is being photographed a lot, but I am getting sick of seeing her several times a day.  Is so little going on in the celebrity world that she is it?  She is good looking enough, but there is just too much of her in the media.

      And “fingernails-scratching-chalkboard” is a great analogy for how I feel about those shoes and dress together.

    Ack, she is really going ape-sh^t with the shoe choices lately. These do not go with this dress AT ALL. They shouldn’t be on this woman’s feet AT ALL, either. Pack ‘em off to Selena Gomez.

    LOVE the dress – so cute on her and that collar-as-necklace thingy is pretty sporty too! Not so sure about the shoes either on their own or with this dress, but I’m willing to go there with Elizabeth just because she looks like she’s having SUCH a good time! Love the hair and make-up, too.

    Absolutely fantastic McQ dress, great silhouette and pleating.  It looks like she loves wearing it.
    The necklace is gorgeous.
    I won’t quibble about the shoes; I don’t even like uber-platforms and purple is a risky choice, but it doesn’t ruin the overall look for me.
