    Wow.  Honestly?  I think she looks great! I know there are problems south of the navel.. but still.  Love the shoes.

    Not her dress but I kinda like the shoes. The placement of the straps narrows the cutouts as the eyes travels up, which prevents the appearance of cankles. I like the earrings but big dangly earrings seem off with such a sleek dress. I wish she were wearing a bracelet.

    Makeup-wise the eye is much heavier than the rest, in a jarring way, and I just can’t with that Sue Sylvester hair.

    She is rocking the Evil Space Queen look quite often lately, isn’t she?

    Love those shoes! Love that rich teal! Wish they had caught her smiling! And something about the cut makes her top half and bottom half look somewhat disconnected. I have a feeling a different pose would eliminate that effect, however. She is very uncharacteristically slouchy here.

    Love the shoes.  But cutouts, Lizzie?  Oh, no, no, no, no, no.  They blow what could have been a killer outfit.  (And the earrings are a little 1987.)

    weird angle to take a photograph at, but the dress is really beautiful and the shoes pretty hot. however, liz, honey…that hair. please rethink that. it’s crossing the line into donald trump territory and i don’t want that for you. you’re better than that.

    A lot of current shoe styles make the wearer look like she has cankles. Not good.

    I sort of like the shoes, but the dress doesn’t quite work. I don’t hate it, and it might actually work if the skirt fit her better. Her makeup is terribly unflattering. Looks like she did it herself. Oy.

    I like the shoes.  There’s something about the outfit I don’t care for.  I like the color, but the smoothness of the top with the droopy/wadded-ness of the skirt makes my eye twitch.

    The colour’s gorgeous, but the Fug Girls would tag this with “The evils of satin.” The shoes kind of look like what Spider-Man would wear if he were a cross-dresser.

    This look isn’t my favorite. The top half is lovely, the shoes are good, but the proportions of the skirt are all wrong. It looks like her torso is super long in comparison to her thighs and it could have used some more room down there. The top has a lovely fit and the color is beautiful, but the two pieces don’t even look like they are the same size. Hair and make up look good, but this look could use some tweaking.

    I love the color of the dress, the earrings, the makeup, and the shoes. I think the fit could be better. To her credit, this is one of the first cut-out dresses I have actually liked.

    Love the color! Not sure about the cut-outs, because it seems to cause strange pulling and draping around the hips, but everything else is pretty perfect.

       She used to be so much worse!  She’s had some ROUGH hair through the years and I thought she’d finally gotten past it while doing press for the Hunger Games, but it appears she’s reverting back to her old ways.

    the shoes are pretty freaking fantastic, but the side cutouts completely throw off her proportions. It’s just not that flattering.

    Very pretty color. Not a fan of cutouts usually, but don’t actually looks horrible here. Aside from the color though, it’s a very blah look. Not too striking. Not hiddy. Just pretty.

    I think she looks pretty damn fabulous here.  The dress is a great color on her and the fit is bangin’.  On most women, cut outs right on top of the hips would be laughable, but she’s pulling it off.  Great earrings and the shoes, well, at least she didn’t default to a boring gold sandal.  The only misstep is that hair.  A little tighter and it might have been fine, but as is, it’s a no go.

    Wow, that color is just perfect on her. Love the hair, makeup, and shoes too. Not a huge fan of the cut-outs but still an amazing dress that looks really great on her.

    She’s got the looks but not the posture to pull this off. If she put more energy and muscle into her posing, those baggy folds in the front of the skirt would lift away, and so would my objections to this dress. I don’t usually like exposed skin at the waist, but she could work this if she’d just stand up straight!

    I love those shoes, and the color of the dress.  I’d like the dress more if it didn’t have the exposed waist.

    I feel this is a very difficult style to wear.  The cuts in the fabric at the waist immediately detract from the curves of the wearer.  Elisabeth  Banks is a very beautiful woman.  This dress makes her figure look like a block.  The color is also too deep for her.  The dress washes her out.  Fire the stylist, or whoever’s idea it was to wear this.

    Other than the wrinkled skirt, I think is great! An instance where cut outs actually work by adding interest to an otherwise plain dress. Great color in her!!

    I like it, except for the cutouts, and I feel the hair is slightly aging. Otherwise, it works for me.
