I was going to say she looks fabulous until I saw that last shot. I can’t help but think that the panel on her bum looks like a diaper.

    • kikisayshi

I was going to say the exact opposite: I thought it was ehh until I saw the last shot. She is workin’ it right there. But I just looked back and saw what you mean about the butt. I still think it’s pretty great!

A little bridesmaid-y, but not bad.

  • IAmJ

The tragic makeup job is all I can see.

  • Joey Melliza

    luhv the purse

  • TieDye64

The color is pretty on her, but why wear a dress that makes you lumpy? Beach hair and casual makeup are all wrong, too. Like the clutch and love the freckles.

    • 3boysful

       You nailed it.

And when I did theater, we always used green shadow to make someone look older.

As a redhead with freckles (and green eyes), I can say with all certainty that the absolute best eyeshadow for us is a deep eggplant shade.  It makes the eyes pop and I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear the purple eyeshadow.  Also, bless her for not covering up the freckles!

I think she looks fab. Even if that’s kind of an odd dress…it’s a great color on her and the shape works really well on her body. It covers all her bits – always a plus – and I like the choice of clutch and jewelry. Hair is fresh and pretty and make-up is very understated…which works. So…while I think the dress could be a problem (I’m looking at you looks-like-staples-rather-than-stitching in second picture and odd rear-end panel in last picture) overall it’s a lovely look.

  • Warmheartedgirl Seattle

She has a smokin’ hot body, but you sure can’t tell with that dress on, and I can’t really figure out why I’m having such a bad reaction to it.

    • kimmeister

I can’t tell what it is I don’t like either!  I can’t put my finger on it.  Maybe it’s partly because her face looks a decade or two older than her body?

  • MilaXX

I think the beachy hair/makeup is bringing this look down. Nice bag.

  • jmorino08

Cut it off above the knee and it works a lot better.

  • Lina_bee

Oh, Ms. Connie, I adore you to pieces and I will give this credit for being relatively CLOSE — but stylists EXIST because close isn’t enough when it’s you up against that wall of photogs. Also, underpinnings COUNT.

I’m not sure how I feel about the dress itself, but she’s gorgeous, and I love the color on her!

  • Lisa Dugan

Not quite loving the way it seams at her hips but she looks very pretty.

  • kelsita421

love her. so it’s hard to say if i’m loving the fashion or her wonderful self.

I know, it’s hard to be unbiased when I just adore her. Tami Taylor forever!

  • Asmith610

I think she looks great. That color is perfect for her. I may be a little biased though, since i’m in the middle of a Friday Night Lights marathon :) Best show ever!

  • jw_ny

At 1st glance it looked good, then zeroing in on the details…not so much.

That rear seam that showcases her butt…why?!  Also, the vertical seam/panel from her cleavage to her cooch…askew.  Too many unnecessary seams and panels on this one.  Good color tho.  Her hair is a bit out of control too.

She looks good, however, the dress is terrible!

  • Qitkat

    Gorgeous clutch.

  • ThaliaMenninger

Everything is fine, but I hate those bubble-gum pink fingernails. I kind of hate the diaper butt, too.

  • leah besson

i love tami taylor.  she has the best hair ever.

  • http://twitter.com/SparklyCasanova UglyCasanova

The clutch is FAB, that is all.

  • AlexisPayne

Dress looks pretty fabulous, but she needs to tone down the shine on the face before stepping in front of the cameras.

  • http://twitter.com/delysia_lafosse Delysia LaFosse

The dress isn’t awful, but the color certainly isn’t amazing on her and I think she’d be better suited to something more streamlined and simple. Her makeup is distractingly bad and she could have used some more statement-y jewelry.

That clutch is AMAZING. Where can I get one? (Or a knock off – I’m not rich.)

  • Sara__B

The center part hair and beachy makeup don’t seem right with an evening gown. And her neck and jaw are so tense! She’s not as relaxed as the hair and makeup would have us believe.

  • Lilithcat

    The girls are looking droopy.

    The bag is fabulous.

  • guest2visits

That is such a cool clutch; but the dress is just not doing very much for her. The color and the odd seams make the dress
kind of drab and patchy. Plus the hair and make-up feel a little beachy.

  • RzYoung

I love the little diamond ring on her index finger…I might try that some time, it looks so cute!

  • melanie0866

Eck.  It looks sloppy on her.  And she needed sunscreen.

  • EEKstl

She’s so attractive but that dress isn’t doing her any favors.  Also, she looks sloppy.  That said, LOVE the clutch.

Not the most flattering thing, but it’s working for me somehow. I adore that purse.
    Better than most Whiteboard entries.

  • veronica kim

All I can see is boobs and saggy ass.

  • Coralie Legister

    Is that matching eye shadow?
