I don’t like the arm poufs but I think the rest is really cute.  The headband is a bit twee (they usually are) but she’s still young and can work it.

Very cute! Not sure about the puffy sleeves but the rest of the look is adorable!

She looks cute but the fit is weird. It’s also an odd length on her. I wish the sleeves went all the way around her arms.
But she looks age appropriate and I like her makeup on her.

  • Sara__B

Nope. I like her hair, makeup, and smile, but not the rest of it.

I love her hair this way!

  • MilaXX

Oh Chole you were doing so well there for a bit. This is too grown and it gives you a pooch. Back to your room young lady!

  • moppet

I like her and the shoes, but not that dress. It does give her a pooch. And while there is nothing wrong at all with a rounded belly, I am just about positive this little slip of a thing does not really have one.

  • Judy_J

Cute, but I’d like it better if it were about 6 inches shorter.

I’m just going to say it, I think Chloe isn’t that great of an actor — her looks though are making some people think so.

  • Ripley4

I think she looks gorgeous, classy and regal but thanks to the hair, makeup and headband, still youthful.

  • Vaniljekjeks

    So cute.

  • guest2visits

No. I find this dress way too adult looking. And shiny. And the shoes want to be with a younger, hipper outfit; they don’t work
with this dress.  She looks like she’s wearing mommy’s clothes, or an older sister’s.   Why with the skin tight black sheath ?

Her hair looks damaged and fried. She definitely needs a deep conditioning treatment or something. The rest of the outfit is adorable, though she could have used some color in the accessories. And I’m irrationally irritated by the way that she smiles.

  • Funkykatt

Are split ends in style? She looks like she needs a trim.

I don’t like any of this.  The hair looks like a synthetic wig to plop atop an “Alice in Wonderland” costume.  She desperately needs those ends trimmed.  The shoes manage to look cheap.  The dress should work, but it doesn’t for some reason.  I don’t know; maybe everyone just needs to get off my lawn.

  • mhleta

Too complicated and severe. “Cute” isn’t even on the radar screen here, except that she herself is adorable despite the dowager clothes.

  • quiltrx

Styling is way too casual for an ‘It’s going to be a bumpy night’ dress.

  • MzzPants

What?  Is it ‘off the shoulder’ day?  This is the third look today featuring them.

  • Bozhi

    Awful

    Oh the humanity!

  • SewingSiren

Oo la la. Very French. Very beautiful. A little sophisticated for her age, but she’s an actress , at least it’s not tarty.

  • jmorino08

I’m having flashbacks to 8th grade looking at that dress.

Am I the only one being distracted by the laces on the sandals?

  • http://twitter.com/stellaphone Stella Zawistowski

The top looks a little German beer-hall, the middle makes her look like she has a belly when I’m sure she doesn’t. No bueno.

  • Neverbuynewclothes

She looks like a tween wearing mommy’s dress.  Where’s the fun, the irreverence, the color?

  • marilyn

I was with her until I got to her ankles.  She needs more traditional shoes with this dress.  This might be an opportunity for them to be some wacko color.  The gladiatress sandals do not belong here.

  • Lina_bee

Cute from the neck up. I’m not liking the bodice or sleeve-things, and I’m not really sold on the shoes with this dress. Wish she’d taped the hem up 2 inches.

  • Lisa Dugan

She’s too adorable.  Raise the hem a skosh and it’s great.

    Like it!  LOVE those shoes.

  • mike__tv

Does giving these young girls this much red carpet attention ever end well? Or is this the dance we all do before the ritual sacrifice, a la southpark

    • Ripley4

Chloe’s fine though. Great girl, worldly and mature, very close to her family. She’s one you don’t have to worry about.

This dress with the head band perfects the “little girl playing dress up” look. Maybe not one for the books.
