      I actually like the skirt (what can I say? I like yellow), but not with either Natasha’s top OR the runway top.  It needs something white, or a complementary yellow/green.

    I love that skirt, and am sad the pleats didn’t make it from the runway to the red carpet.  The top was an inexcusable choice.  At least she went nipple free unlike the model.

    i think we’re supposed to like this one, although i either dont understand or never knew why.
    i hate the top. i love the skirt on the model. it works better w/ the top on the model but, even more, it works better as CS conceived it to work: one layer of pleats on top of what may be a solid layer & may be a slip. it does not work as it was made for this particular singer-starlet who i barely know & who, mostly, reminds me of tori spelling.

    I like the pleated runway version of the skirt. Maybe it was edited to be paired with that top. (If anything could be.) She looks cute, but should head to the beach rather than any public event.

    What fresh hell is this?  She steamed out the pleats in the skirt? that made it interesting/dressy, not “I just pulled myself off the beach”. Go back and start over..completely

    It looks like she’s wearing the *lining* to the Siriano skirt.  Where is the floaty pleated layer?   That top is unfortunate too.  I live in San Diego, a town where bikinis worn off the beach with a long skirt is not unheard of.  Still, this isn’t how you do it, and no one pretends its dressy.  The skirt isn’t beachy enough for the top.  The top isn’t classy enough for the skirt and gives no support.  Total culture clash outfit.

      Maybe she accidentally put it on inside out, which could explain why her top layer is shorter than the bottom. I see no pleats hiding anywhere though. Did she send it through the wash instead of to the cleaners? (ha-I write that like it’s been worn multiple times.)

    That’s a cute skirt but she isn’t doing it any justice. The bathing suit top belongs on the beach, not the RC. . The no makeup, no jewelry works for a bathing suit top, but while that skirt could work with a t shirt like the model is wearing but she still needs the right makeup and jewelry.

    Her outfit choices have been all over the place lately.  She seems a little lost.  This one seems to suit her better than past choices. She seems more comfortable and the colors are nice, it’s just not that great an outfit.  The bare belly seems out of place for the event. Still, better.

    At first I thought this outfit was great, and very season-and-Bedingfield appropriate.  And then I realized that it was a crop top and not a tank top, which took it down like 10 notches for me.  But I think this is a perfect day look for LA.  Too bad it was a benefit in NY.  D’oh.

    I love a good high/low fashion moment, which is what the model is wearing. I’m not sure WTF Natasha is up to…but it’s not very attractive and perhaps belongs on the beach somewhere. Yuck. Of course, I’m hoping beyond hope that that swim suit top she’s sportin’ ISN’T from Princess Puffy Sleeves…because….well, Yuck.

    I hate how low the top sits and how high the skirt sits (with the top).

    I also hate that the skirt is modified from the runway look. The pleats are what make it interesting.

    And I think the top is hiddy.

    LADIES! Hear me clearly. Your bust needs foundation garments. Hoist those girls up where you want them, not where gravity is putting them.     God, nearly ANY other top would have been better than this one. Granted, it’s fine for the event, but it also fails to be bad enough to get her in the fashion police pages…so it’s a fail, either way.

    That’s actually not the same skirt.  If you look at Christian’s website, there are two similar skirts, and that’s the other one.

    I had to look it up…she’s 10 years younger than me, but looks at least my age if not older.  I think a big part of it is this sloppy outfit.

    That skirt is ridiculous.  It looks like it was found abandoned in Haight-Ashbury.  The top is cute, but it belongs poolside, not on a red carpet.

    What is the point of wearing a bra as a top if you are just going to hitch up the skirt to the just-below the boobs? If she isn’t confident enough to wear a bra as a top (and who would be outside of a beach/pool party?) then she should have just worn a regular top.

    I think that yellow is for a much darker skinned woman. That’s why it looks off. Even in the model, it looks off to me.
    I wish this trend of peachy colors on peachy skinned woman go away.
    Oh, and the top makes it look tacky. Sorry hon.

    I would like it much better if that top was actually attached to the skirt/dress. That said, this is a much more successful look overall than her last Siriano look. She does seem to have a hard time translating runway looks into everyday. If she’d chosen a longer top, and tucked it into the skirt, it would have been much better. She also needs to learn how to accessorize.

    She looks fresh and summery here. Bright colors, flowing skirts, and just a little bit of skin suits her well. While this might be too casual for the red carpet, she still looks comfortable and pretty.
